My son wanted to print a chess set for after-school childcare. He fell in LOVE with the Duck Chess Set. I needed to modify a few overhangs and gaps to get it to print on our Ender 3v2. Then I had to modify a few more things because kids are ROUGH. The crowns were the easiest to snap so I swapped several out with things from thingiverse. The pawn did not need any modifications.
I also tweaked the heights so the pieces went in order from King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, Rook, Pawn. So far, these modifications are holding up. I made all my changes with https://www.tinkercad.com/ .
