Summary

A simple way to move your keyboard below your desk. All you need is a board, cut to a rectangular shape that will give you the space you want. These parts should work for any size board because all they do is hold if from the edges. There are many different versions of the part, to make sure there is a option for you depending on the thickness of material you have available to you. The file names of the parts include a gap measurement that indicates the maximum thickness board it can hold. Ideally the gap in the part would be 1 or 2mm larger than you material thickness. Make sure you either put stops on the back of your tray to prevent being able to pull it out, or cut your board large enough that you cannot pull it out of all four mounts while you are sitting down at your desk. These parts are designed to use m3 screws to mount to the bottom of a desk. I have drilled 2.5mm holes into particle board without any tapping, and the eight m3x12 are holding very well. Print with at least three outer layers, that increases the strength the best, compared to increased infill.
