This is the Key Chest , a storage box in the game Levelhead.
It can hold items and enemies in the game, however only items is allowed in real life.
Comparing the mechanism, I did some design changes in order for the Key Chest be more useful in real life in my oppinion.
Regarding 3D print configuration:
After printing, a white paper for the eye is required. Also, some glue too (be careful).
Excluding LID, box's internal dimensions: 71mm x 51mm x 63mm (W x D x H)
