Kids love key chains. Why not make one out of the Pythagorean Theorem? The square piece here is about 45mm x 45mm x 5mm.
The two patterns are used frequently in visual mathematics (proof without words). It might have a Chinese origin. The big square minus the four right triangles is c^2 on one side and a^2+b^2 on the other side. So it visually proves the Pythagorean Theorem. It is easy to print.
