This is a remix of Lipsitckaltitude's great Kensington Orbit Tilt Base. I just added a slot through the base using Meshmixer so I could keep it on my leg like a kneeboard. Works great in DCS and MSFS. Shown is the model flipped along the X axis to make it left handed.
