Summary

This is the "Little Stinker" the younger and much lighter sibling of the McStinky.

These are minimal, ultra light weight TPU mounts for your tinywhoop racing needs. Individual prints may vary but these should come out at or below 0.3g

Currently available for the Tinywhoop Pinch 30-50deg every 2.5deg.

To get them to sit at their printed angle on the whoop, make sure there is something at the same hieght as the top of the FC mounts on the FC for the canpoy to rest on. I use a small piece of thin VHB stuck to the FC, it provides a bit of cushion and sets it to the right height.

No special high end printer, I use an old Sovol SV01 Titan. These parts where designed to be printed with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer. Make sure you know the correct temperature your material likes to be printed at and that it is good and dry. Supports are included in these files and should be fairly easily removed. Give the center support a good pull with some small pliers on each side, it should seperate from that leg. Then on the fourth side pull it right out. The front wedge should also pull off easy and then poke out the little bit at the front with a small screw driver. If the supports are still really stuck, try reducing your Material "Flow" settings and print again.

Other settings I use, "Z Seam Alignment" to Random, change the "Minimum Wall Line Width" to 0.5 to get the top of the lens ring to print as a single wall instead of inside and outside contours. There isn't much initial contact with the plate to start the build, so increasing the intail layer flow rate can help with that. Slow the print speed down. I found it would always print the skirt fine but sometimes fail on the first layer of the part. So I started printing at the skirt speed, 10mm/s. Override all to 10mm/s and the travel to 50mm/s. It went from about 13min to about 16min print time but works almost 90% of the time. I will trade a bit of time for a better success rate. But you do whatever works best for you and your equipment.

Thanks for reading all that, I hope you enjoy this one
