The file 'Katana Headphone Wall Hanger 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.1MB.
I loved the idea of madeinvicto's SwordOffTheWall, but I wanted to have a more traditional style look to the hilt. After some searching, I decided on dylan3dprint's model of Tanjiro's katana from Demon Slayer. I had to resize and shape most of the parts to make it more suitable, but after some work, I was able to get them to all fit together very nicely, using a 0.3 mm tolerance between parts and without sticking obnoxiously far out of the wall. All parts are able to be printed without supports, just some light bridging in a few pieces.
The sword mounts at a 20 degree angle onto two M3 wall screws. I used M3x20 screws to make sure it had enough bite to hold a decent amount of weight. All parts were lightly glued together with super glue, though some parts, such as the kashira (the pommel cap), can probably be left as friction fit. Instructions on how to assemble the parts are shown in the last few attached pictures.
Enjoy!
