This is a holder for the Karcher window vac. I have a WV 71 PLUS and i think the dimensions are similar among the series of models.
I drilled the hole for the charge cable after print. As holder for the cable i use this, with a 0.7 scale factor: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:70549
Works great (you can see it in the 2nd photo).
Feel free to integrate these two aspects (hole and cable holder) in the design.
It is designed to use double sided tape (Tesa Powerstrips) to attach the holder on the wall to prevent drilling holes.
