Summary

This is a 3D model representing the 60' articulated coach built in 1946 by Henry Kaiser.

The bus is modeled in full scale and can be sized to your needs. I've printed the bus in HO scale, which requires it be sized in the slicer to ~11.45%. You can figure out your scale using any online scale calculator.

The bodies require a resin printer. In Chitubox generate the supports from the build platform, then manually add supports on the inside walls and around the arches/bracing on the inside of the bus. I say this because my initial prints suffered from warping. Also add supports to the top of the windshield frame, and delete any supports touching the outside of the bus as they are not needed and will leave behind blemishes on the final print.

The wheels were resin printed. No special settings to note.

The diaphragm and floors I printed on my Ender with supports. No special settings.
