Hi everybody,
This is a K40 Panel renewal.
The objective is to change original panel, replacing it with a PMMA one, obtained through laser cut.
Attached the vector file in SVG, so you can easily modify and cut with your K40.
The panel keeps the original digital panel on nano board, with exception of test file that I soldered with a dedicated button.
It also provide space to place an Amperometer with standard panel mounting:
and a digital thermometer.
Buttons for water pump, air extraction, laser power, light, extra light and air assist and dedicated laser test complete the design.
I also painted, masking laser power indicator and red light windows, in order to have them transparent and not cutted.
With windows masked I used a primer first and a black paint later on the back of the panel, engraving and cutting in the opposite side (you may need to flip design, select items to engrave or cut etc.)
I finally got lucid black panel, with transparent windows and labels, ready for mounting.
Holes are for 16mm switches
buttons for digital panel can be done with TPU caps using 3d printer.
I made some, to be used with 9mm separators between panel and nano board.
This is intended to be a starting job for your personal version of the panel.
Added support to put on top of nano board to hold the 8 relay board as in attached photo.
