The file 'K40 Laser – Arduino Based Adjustable “Hub Table” Panel With OLED Display And LED Powerpanel 3D Printer Model' is (stl, dxf, ino, pdf) file type, size is 1.9MB.

Summary

I created a new Panel for my K40 Laser to include

  • the LED powerpanel
  • all buttons and a 0.96" OLED display for my Arduino driven HubTable
  • switch for Air assist..

this is a add on to

and a work in progress project

Added the arduino scetch

used libs:
the AH_Pololu
Adafruit_GFX
Adafruit_ssd1306

there is one button for UP, one for DOWN and one to set to 0.

The Poti is to adjust the "Speed" down to 1 Step for a single push.
I used M8x1,25 Spindles and 720 Steps per 360° ... for pretty fine adjustments :)
The display showes the exact position relative to the last reset to 0

The max. possible motor speed is limitted by the performance of the graphics output...
but its OK .
May be an enhancement for next leasure times...
pressing the zero button together with up or down will prevent the display refresh for long distance runs

Cirquit is designed for Arduino NANO
