The file 'K40 Laser Alignment Tool 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 74.5KB.
i designed a reverse laser alignment tool.
typically you have to power on your laser and pulse a beam through a piece of tape and align it over and over again. through the 3 mirrors to the lens. THEN you have to clean your mirrors now that you have covered them in vaporized adhesive... otherwise you run the risk of damaging your mirrors etcetc.
this requires no tape, no power through your laser, and no cleaning of the tape residue after alignment. overall seemingly less hassle.
move carriage to furthest corner and work backwards aligning.
just toss a cheap dollar store laser pointer in it.
