Designed in OpenSCAD the nozzle is parametized. This is designed to printed without support, the air tube rests on the bed with the top of the nozzle connection. I use the 40 MM and it works perfectly over the top of the surface I am cutting. Due to the angle of the tubing, the air is directed towards the center of the laser hole.
Note: You can lay with the wall thickness a little, but this was designed to handle 1/4 inch ID and 5/16 OD hoses. The interior tubing was made to have a back pressure to provide even distribution of the air through the tubing. If you increase the size of the tubing or the thickness of the wall, verify that the object will slice properly. Thin walls will create an air gap that is only visible after slicing.
Note: No air comes from the center hole, this is the laser hole!
