Summary

A remix of the Laser Rotary Lower Profile thing. I moved the motor to the side to allow this to fit between the frame of my z table, which it will eventually hang on. I also made one of the rollers adjustable to allow larger objects to be placed on the rotary, maybe up to 70mm or so. I used a 20 tooth, 8mm bore gt2 pulley, a 20 tooth, 5mm bore pulley, nema 17 motor with a 220 mm belt to drive the rollers. M3x12 screws are used on the sliders to snug them into place, don't over tighten.

Included sketchup files for modifications.

My delta steps per degree were at 8.888 for the cohesion3d mini configuration.

This video is of the original bases (non-adjusting), but with the motor mounted to the side, using Lightburn software:

Updated video of use with the adjustable base:

Updated base options with mirrored base included.

11/3/2018 Update: Added new base options with lower tops to allow some overhang of items, also made one end of driven roller adjustable to allow for tapered objects. Print 3 of the adjustable base sliders for these bases.
