This battery cover has a spot for a 2S balance plug to stick through. In order to use this you will need to make a short wire harness. Also you need all 3 wires on your battery, My T16 PRO came with all 3 wires on the battery holder.
To make the harness you will need 2 male plugs and one female plug. You can use two old balance plugs from 2s lipo batteries or you can just buy the connectors and make your own. I used about 50mm wire length each and put the female plug in the center. This just fits inside and gives plenty of length.
The plug is inserted from inside the cover and held in place with a couple drops of CA. Orientation of the plug allows you to remove the terminals from the connector if needed.
I printed mine at 0.16mm layer height and it fit great. Anything 0.1 to 0.2 should work.
