Summary

Quick attempt at improving the ergonomics of holding joycons. Didn't like the official grip. decided to angle the controller in a way that creates almost the same distance for the thumbs to move between sticks and buttons.

Intended for resin print, that's why there is a hollow version. I liked the look of printing it in clear resin and keeping the support, kind of imitating older transparent console housings. I added caps to glue on, yet they might need a little offset to be slightly larger.
Hollow version can be a little delicate though, so I'd recommend a durable or slightly elastic material. Version in pictures is printed with Formlabs durable resin.

FDM print works as well though, just use the dense version and set infill to your liking. Slide mechanism might need a bigger offset though to meet the rougher FDM tolerances.

Clear prints allow you to see the small LEDs on the inner side of the JoyCons.
