Summary

This is a remix of my own remix of Jokers JTW HCC-2A Hi-Capa. Original Joker version has HUGE downloads from here. On my remix of it I basicly fattened that more sturdy and altered taking a gun having a round silencer. That has been tested working, and so is my next version...

So Behold for the CZ SHADOW SP-01 kit! About gun... Shadow basicly is CZ 75 with rail. Basicly no alteration is made for the frame measures. Before shadow there were version of 75B with rail, probably will fit this too. Alteration started with SHADOW 2 and basicly all frames before it were to say are similar in measures (except for short 75 version). This based on live 9mm 75-85 Ive seen. End of the day believe any 75 like BB version with rail should be close and work.

ATTENTION!! When I say based on live guns, means good copies of those in BB world should fit. This has not been tested with real life recoil, and probably will end up in disaster!! SO FOR BB ONLY!!

That said model has only been tested with ASG CZ trademarked Shadow SP-01 6mm BB that is seen on the pics. CZ kinda logos are left for parts, but do not mind on white tags on fotos. Those are just hiding personal info printed on my version. Used jokers idea to add railtest piece. Print this test piece first to see if it fits!

All parts this time are named in English and faced how to be printed. Only frame rear needs support "on build plate only" as Prusa slicer says it. Others can be done without.
Self printed these with Prusa MK3 0.6 nozzle and 0.4 layer, 5 shells. Use LOT of shells and bottom / top layers versus how piece is printed. Using these right only need 10-15 infill for bridges etc.

This time avoided most overhang and bridges on model. Done on 0.6 nozzle with no problems. Major change is using only one bolt for securing gun. Original as my version had printed slot part. That now is only a bolt, and seems way more accurate and sturdy.
Used aluminum rails here, but ones on Jokers original fit this too and link to it

Stock is a remix from this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:831288 and idea is using piece of D25mm tube with printed rail attached to it. again used aluminum myself, but plastic one surely will do.

Cant remember where I got MOE grip, was it here or FOSSCAD so beyond original to tag.
As Shadow itself kit will work both right and left handed. On my 1911 remix cocking handle does not work that well, but this time can be used with one hand from either side. Minor alterations done after printing my own, but those should only make kit better. Used Tinkercad on some pics that made few twitches on them, sorry on those.

You will require some hardware on this, and would say always good to have around:

  • drill -> with drills from 2-10 to open holes
  • threadtaps 3-6mm
  • solderer -> for putting nuts on needed depth, also helps to weld them in place
  • file set -> iron ones for corner and round in various width, diamond set for finishing
  • screw set -> 2,3,4,5,6 diameter screws (lenght with every 5mm 10-40 is good)

real steelparts:

  • 155mm D25 aluminum tube -> 135 is needed for the stock side, 20mm to attach carbine.
As alraedy mentioned, plastic pipe surely will do also.
  • 35mm M6 -> Means 35mm of bolt or any having M6, used for the stock lockpin.
  • spring 10x20mm -> mine has hardly 1mm diameter, but keeps nut nicely in place.
-picatinny rails -> slots are 70 and 120mm long, but not that long needed. 55 and 95mm pieces attached on the pics. Printed ones from Joker fit direcly to bolts.

Thats it folks, happy printing!!

PS. This is tested and intended for airsoft BB only!! Recoil on live ammunition surely is too
powerful and will tear this apart! As first comment says, always be aware of local laws!!
Still would be amazed if this kinda set cant be attached to an airsoft gun.

Next part is bit political, but as always gun stuff is alerting. Here is how laws are in my country and having carbine is not against the law. Anyone can buy Roni kit here. This basicly has nothing to do with airsoft, but as always gun stuff is under the "eye".

What comes to live guns... In my country handguns are the hardest to get permits for. You are obligated to show at least two years of shooting experience with them and a GOOD reason why you need one. Long guns meaning any gun over 600mm in lenght take usually a year. This means shotguns, hunting rifles, and semi-auto military likes. Again you either have to do hunter exam, and specify which club and territory you are hunting. Or if for sporting, again club membership and if military based... That means AR, AK or any like that can be attached with magazine over 10 rounds... Well you need certified gun instructor permit, or military permit, and a certified EU gun cabinet where you keep it. And believe me no instructor is signing that permit, unless they really know you.

This to me makes sense, since handguns are easy to conseal and most wanted when it comes to making crimes. Its not that easy to stuff shorgun, AR, AK or Roni kit down your pants :) Without that handgun these kits are useless. And cant see why handgun owner could not try a kit as long guns are easier to get anyway. Would say that 95% of handgun owners already had "long gun" before it. But still remember where you live and what law says! Sorry for political, but sides of the "big lake" have different way of seeing things.
