I designed this washer/clip to fit where the stock grocery bag hook was so that I could put a usb charging port there instead. I used the clip on the front, and the washer on the back when installing the USB port, but you could use them either way, or not use the clip at all. The factory hole there is too big for USB charge ports like the one I bought from amazon. I printed mine with Polymaker ABS.
