Needed a Jeep badge for my Joop tub. My Jeep is painted with bedliner so a regular sticker wouldn't work.
To make sure the letter spacing was correct while keeping the badge level, the letters are attached to each other with small bridges.
I printed these in ABS, face down, no supports.
Bondo to smooth the face surface.
I painted with Behr matte black textured spray paint.
Use small pieces of Gorilla tape (clear, double sided) in the recesses of the back to attach.
Heat an x-acto knife to cut off the bridges.
