Got an unpleasant Rattle coming from your trunk lid? May it be your old and crusty rubber stoppers that don't do their job anymore? Well HERE is the solution!

Printed with Shore 65A TPU at 50% infill and 2 Perimeters, it is a tiny bit harder than the OEM, but sure as hell works fabulous!

Increasing the Infill will result in a harder Stopper, therefore closing the trunk will require more force since you have to deform these by about 5%.

They fit very snug and will not fall off under any circumstance.

DISCLAIMER:

They will not work if not Printed with a decent soft TPU that allows about 3mm of flexible deformation, as well as some deformation during installation.
PRINTING SOFT TPU is difficult and often not possible due to the wrong Printer hardware
Printing with soft TPU requires a direct drive Extruder that cannot clog easily. Bowden or "cheap" Extruders will clog within the first layer.

Print slow! 5mm/s - 20mm/s
Do not cool the printing part, as it will greatly decrease layer adhesion and therefore durability.
USE Hairspray or some tape to be able to get your print off the Printplate, TPU does not want to come of from the Printed at all and wants you to use excessive force and violence!
