Jedd-eye (wink wink) style sabre, for pool noodles WITHOUT a centre hole. 5.7cm diameter or 2 1/4 inches, snug fit.
Did it for my nephew's party. Best bet is to print the two halfs, sand them a bit, glue them together and just stick them to the handle. Seems to work just fine, especially with the forces coming from a 6yo.
There are other designs in here, but are either too complex or for noodles with a centre hole, so I hade this.
With 0.2mm height and a standard ender3, each half is about 4hrs, so you better start printing!
