This is a key to tighten the hoops on a Janome Memorycraft Embroidery machine. It may fit others with a similar hoop.
It fits over the knurled screw and the internal screwdriver bit engages with the slot to enable the hoop to be tightens a bit more than by hand without resorting to a screwdriver.
The tube is 9.2mm in diameter to fit over the 9mm knurled screw and inside is a 6.35mm hex hole to accommodate 6.35 hex screwdriver bits. (the hex is a tight fit onto the screwdriver bit)
