I made this cookie based on some artwork on a plastic cup that Hallmark put out. You can check the YouTube video below for more information about how I made it. This is a two-part cutter, so use the inside part to imprint the details on the dough and then use the outside to cut out the dough. You can also just use the outside if you want a cookie with a Jabba silhouette. I tried making a smaller version of the cutter, but had some trouble so I wouldn't really recommend resizing this much.
With this kind of cookie cutter, you'll want to use some homemade dough rather than the stuff they sell in a tube (since that will lose all of the detail/shape when baked). I also recommend chilling the dough and using flour on the cutter and dough when cutting. For the green cookie in the picture I added green tea powder to the dough, although I suppose food coloring would also work fine.
