For better results paint the letters on top with a permanent marker for a more 3d effect.
Ignore the xray problem on Cura, the model prints fines and has no artifacts in slicing or printing.
The model is infinitely scalable to large sizes, but going smaller than this creates problems with nozzle sizes and lettering.
