I have modified the ISpec EV to 22.2mm Bar Clamp project to fit a 31.8mm bar clamp. I have also made it a two piece clamp so nothing has to come off the bar to install it, and I widened the part that goes in the shifter to make it easier to print without supports and because if you really need to move it side to side, you can just shift the bar clamp itself to the side.

I have two versions of the adapter where the bolts clamp around the bar at different angles in relation to the shifter- this is to be able to have the clamp be clear of any brake cables or hoses on the bar if, like me, you're trying to add the shifter to a drop bar bike. But it also fits near the stem on most mountain bikes too.
Surprisingly this part printed and fit fine the first time, but the parts included here have been modified a bit and not tested, so let me know if there are any problems.
