This is my "Isopropyl Alcohol Fill Helper" for 5 liters containers made by "Dienes". I prefer to handle my Isopropanol in a small 1 liter bottle. But filling of the bottle with a Ø20mm opening from the 5 liter container is a mess - any time.
The fill helper is printed in 2 steps to be able to align funnel and screw lid after the gasket was inserted to the screw and screwed to the container. Different gasket material has different thicknesses. I used a circular cutter and cutted Ø30 mm and Ø41 mm with the same center.
As gasket I used a sheet of 1,5 mm EPDM. It is attached by friction to the screw lid.
As adhesive, I used a superglue or also known as Cyanoacrylate adhesives.
I know, I could buy this somewhere. But why do I have a 3D printer?
