The file 'IR Remote Case: ESP8266 NodeMCU V3 + Iduino ST1087 Sender And ST1089 Receiver 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 911.9KB.
I decided to upgrade my old IR-remote-controlled AC units to smart-home-compatible ones, so I made this case for the required electronics.
It's designed to fit:
1) ESP8266 NodeMCU v3
2) Moduking MK-1226 power supply in it's own mini case (50-270V AC to 5V DC 700mA)
3) Iduino ST1087 IR sender
4) Iduino ST1089 IR receiver
This design is a little generous with regards to height and can be slimmed down, but I wanted the extra room for WAGO connectors etc.
I use it with Home Assistant, having flashed the ESP8266 with ESPHome.
Enjoy and feel free to remix any way you desire

This is revision 1.1:
Iduino ST1087 is now easier to set on posts, which are oddly not exactly 10mm apart, but 10.5 mm as opposed to 10mm on ST1089. That was bugging me upon assembly so I introduced the change for future builds
