This is a case for a Powerbank with a quick charge module from Aliexpress.
I used three battery cells in parallel from an old iPad as the battery pack. I think it was from an iPad 2nd Gen with a capacity of 6500mAh. The battery pack, powerbank module and the lid are with secured with hot glue.
