Summary

Since available lid stakes are supported on the printers housing lifting the entire lifter frame so, I've modified the right middle part of the lid lifter by i3_sven in such a way that the stake can be integrated there.

The stake can be attached to the lid either by double sided glue tape (was sufficient for me) or by two additional screws through the lid.

Simply replace the right middle part of the original lid lifter by the part “side_panel_right_V2”. Put some double sided glue tape on the lid side of the stake and place it into the frame as shown in the sixth picture. Close the lid, lift the complete frame, grab around the frame and press the part with the tape to the lid. Now you can lift the lid and either make a final strong press to the part to fix it to the lid or drill two holes through the stake part in the lid, cut threads into the holes and fix the stake part finally with two M3 screws.

The frame part can be printed without support. For the stake itself a small support part is recommended below the outer side of the bolt (marked grey in the seventh picture.

Let the stake cool down completely after print (recommended in a refrigerator) before you remove the support and try to break free the bolt. Otherwise you'll only twist the bolt instead of getting it free.

You can mirror both parts to use them on the left side of the frame.
