This is integrated fan duct for replacing original E3D v6 fan duct.
Additional fan duct for cooling print parts can be attached to either side of fan duct for cooling hotend(your choice) via 2 M3 bolts
Air flow of cooling parts directed just below nozzle not to affect temperature of nozzle, and out vent of the duct is tapered inwards to concentrates air flows.

40mm fan duct is added.
I didn't tested 40mm fan duct for myself, but I believe it should work same as 30mm version.
UPDATE:
I designed new fan duct using two 40mm fan on both sides
It is better in cooling performance.
