The file 'Intamin Like Tri-lattice Rollercoaster Track 3D Printer Model' is (txt, stl) file type, size is 8.6MB.
Intamin like twisted airtime hill
could also be Gerstlauer if you set your mind to it!
File explanations:
-V1_v28 : Full file uncut
-V1CutBig : The middle portion as a cutout and scaled up
-V1CutBigp1 : The middle portion cut again part1
-V1CutBigp2 : The middle portion cut again part2
-V1CutBigp3 : The middle portion cut again part3
-V1CutBigp1.5 : Both V1CutBigp2 and V1CutBigp3 together as 1 part
So print either:
-V1_v28
-Your own cut of V1_v28
-V1CutBig
-V1CutBigp1 AND V1CutBigp1.5
-V1CutBigp1 AND V1CutBigp2 AND V1CutBigp3
Or print what you want. I aint your boss, follow your heart!
The little pins on the cut parts have a very tight fit, so they will need either sanding or some drilling on the other side. Alternatively you can cut them off and just glue it. This is fixed on my newer modells.
This was done by extracting the spline out of a custom no limits 2 coaster (basicially the path of the track) and modelling the track around that.
The no limits 2 exporter however seems to use different xyz coordinates than my cad software wich lead to the wonky base orientation of the files in case you were wondering.
