This is an insulin bottle holder I made for my cats insulin. It fits a vial of ProZinc 40 insulin. The vial is 24mm in diameter and 53 mm tall. I made this to block out light that can damage the insulin, keep the insulin cooler longer, and protect if form potential drops (insulin is expensive).
The vial can be placed in the holder way and there is a hole in the bottom that allows the top of the vial to be accessed without taking the cap off for loading syringes.
I have tried to break the vial in the holder by throwing it around my house many times and have not broken a vial yet.
Supports are not needed and the cap twist 18 degrees counter clockwise to secure the cap.
