Summary

This riser is sandwiched between the insole and shoe bottom. I use it because the arch on the insole that comes with most shoes is too low for me. I added this in order to raise the insole slightly. I posted one with a hole in case the insole has some heal support and one without. Works for both left and right feet by just flipping it to the correct foot.

There is no arch support. These are completely flat.

I sized it in Tinkercad by measuring the length of the insole and adjusted the length with uniform scale on. You can also adjust the thickness of the rise to whatever height you need. I went with .05. These are for 9.5 shoe in US. But it is very easy to scale.

I used PETG with .01 layer height. I had to have it diagonal on the plate to fit. TPU would also be a good choice.
