The MISC tray holds the 1796 cards (unless in CMD tray), 29/FCD, 1807, 1809, 1810, 1814, and Abdication cards
The FCD tray holds the FCD cards
The first EMD tray holds EMD placed cards
The second EMD tray holds the remainder of the EMD deck (Draw Deck)
The Misc_18.5 (I shouldn't have used MISC twice!) trays hold all of the counters and the 10-sider.
The spacer is to hold the map, rules, and aids in place for side storage.
