I included a link to a description of what makes a good bee hotel. Since I bought a bad one, I wanted to change it into a good bee hotel!

This design inspired me to use my 3D printer to update my bee hotel, as it seems that bees tend to care for PLA or wood!

Please just scale the object in your slicer to your desired size! The holes range from Ø10 mm - Ø2 mm!
The function of a bird guard at a bee hotel is to protect the nesting bees and their offspring from potential harm caused by birds. Bird guards are typically designed as grids or barriers placed over the entrance holes of the bee hotel.
Since bee hotels should be cleaned once a year or so, this design is very convenient. Just dismantle the block and clean it. Then it is ready for next year's bee offspring.
