The file 'Injora Jeep JK Frame Rail DXF Files. 3D Printer Model' is (dxf, stl) file type, size is 179.3KB.
Measured and modeled the 3d printable Jeep JK frame and ended up making my own carbon fiber frame rails based loosely on the design and dimensions.
If you have questions or comments I'd be happy to answer, however as I am nearing the end of this project myself I am not likely to edit or make large changes to the design or files for your convenience, you'll need to sort out those edits on your end!
NOTES:
-It's designed and intended for use with 3mm thick carbon fiber, using all m3 screws and bolts.
-It's no longer 1:1 of the original 3d files so I'll include as much of the 3d files as i have that I edited for this crawler frame, and it may need some custom tweaking after you cut it out to fit the parts you want, but it's a great foundation for a durable frame and I was glad to be able to have a 3d model to mock up and measure to make sure I didn't waste the carbon fiber prototyping a working frame for my hardbody rock crawler.
-This is for the 2door jeep JK, but with the middle frame rail brace you CAN adjust the overall wheelbase for other bodies as well.
-The entire frame was designed with the intention of using m3 bolts and nuts throughout. which can be bought in bulk off amazon.
-I designed the DXF files with the intention of how i use them myself, I do not have the experience or knowledge on how to edit them to work any other way so I will leave that up to you to figure out!
All the parts I used are commonly found on many china sites like aliexpress.com, but also can be found on Amazon (often for a higher price but faster shipping!)
PARTS LIST:
I used this transfer case in my truck:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079KPQGLH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
(available in many locations other than amazon as well!)
And the gearbox/bracket is a common planetary gearbox found on the jungle site as well
(although I found 5:1 to be too slow and switched the planetary gearbox to a 3:1)
This front bumper:

Files are included for a mock up of a scx10 style rear bumper, and a scx10 standard bumper mount that should fit between the rails in the rear.
The shocks and motor are from a Redcat Gen7, but any 90-110mm shock would work with this design.
The frame rails may bend slightly when mounting everything to this set of hardware, but it's more than acceptable how little it bent to fit.
