I redesigned the ring and designed the whole enclosure from scratch to be 3D printable.
I tweaked the original code a little for orientation and added animation. (I'm new to design and coding so I am sure everything can be modified a little, but its a great base to work with!)

1 350mm x 350mm glass, 2 mm thick (I used a photo frame replacement glass and cut it down to size. I had never cut glass before and was rather surprised at how easy it was.
