My wife's 05 Infiniti QX56 key handle broke off and instead of paying hundreds for a new key and programming, I remixed the original file as the key was just slightly too big to slide in there all the way. I also added an Infiniti Logo to the front.
Her key thickness is 32.57mm. Made the hole at 33mm and it's a snug fit but it fits all the way in and definitely isn't coming out without breaking the cover.
