The file 'Inductive Proximity Z-probe Adapter. Works With Glass Cover. 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 48.3KB.
Note: this adapter will work for detachable probes only or as temporary attachment for calibration. You can't just add this adapter to permanently mounted probe that only 2-3 mm higher than nozzle.
My aluminum Kossel bed is not so flat, so I covered it with 3mm glass. Much better, but inductive probe stopped working.
Here is the adapter I made. You will need a #14 0.08" (2mm) nail and very light spring (I used one from this kit http://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-Spring-Assortment-Kit-84-Pack-15642/202045461). Actually, it works even without spring because of the weight of nail/tip. You can replace the spring with thin U-shaped piece of plastic (PET bottle, etc). This modification doesn't affect the sensitivity and precision.
Don't forget to adjust the z-probe height in firmware. I had to make one more :)
