I cut strips of neoprene and use superglue to attach the strips to the mask. Then just apply velcro to the straps and you're good to go. This design does not have a filter system. It simply keeps your mouth and nose covered, protected from direct contact with sneezes, coughs, etc. The upside is it does not restrict breathing and can be worn comfortably all day.
