Update 2020-11-10 Added improved rod and nut v2.

Nut - triangle cut and adjusted height. String spacing 9mm.
Nut v2 - same as above, but 0.5mm lower.
Bridge - pincher slots with slope. String spacing 14mm.

Nut and bridge improvement removes the clash and makes the sound much cleaner, especially on 3rd (C) string. Dot-marked side under the 1st string. As the slots are in different sizes, use left- or right-handed bridge accordingly. The nut can be turned around for opposite handling. They are for High G strings. I can make them for Low G if anyone requests it.

Body - redesigned the body for geared tuners and pickup endpin. String guide slots replaced to the single string tunnels. Use geared tuners with ferrules for guitar, as they have a longer shaft. I didn't put holes for pegs' screws, as they come with different patterns and sizes. So just drill few millimetres and let the screw bite the rest. Just remember to print with at least 5 perimeters/walls. Mirror it in the slicer if you want the endpin to be on the other side.

Neck - no improvements, use the original one.
Truss rod - Changed Y-end angle for better pivoting without bending the neck. Also, 2mm shorter than the original. This allows lowering the strings more.

Parts needed:

  • 4pcs geared tuning pegs for guitar. With long shaft, where the string hole is at 22-23mm.
  • 4pcs ferrules
  • Endpin jack, diam. 12mm
  • Piezo-pickup 40mm
  • 18mm M3 bolt and nut for locking the jack
  • 25mm M4 bolt and nut
