This is a in improved version of the Slice Engineering Mosquito Hot End Groovemount Adapters. The original version would sometimes delaminate due to the force of the pushed filament. By running the screws the length of the adapter it should prevent it breaking
It uses two M2x16 (or M2x15) screws and two M2 nuts to secure the adapter to the Mosquito.
Use a short length of 4mm OD, 2mm ID PTFE tube thru the adapter and protruding above a few mm to create a fully constrained filament path.
Note that I don't have a Mosquito hot end yet, but I designed these for a couple friends who do. Reports are they work.
I designed a few variations. The STLs with BMG in their name will work with the excellent Bondtech BMG extruder and will print without support. The STLs with E3D are designed to the official E3D heatsink drawing spec and will require support when printing.
I also made an untested version of each which uses heatserts. McMaster part# 94180A307
