Summary

Use this quick print adapter to connect male Dupont pins to a DIP-packaged IC on the fly.

I mainly use them to program Atmel AVR chips

  • via ISP with a USBasp programmer
  • with optiboot Arduino bootloader via USB-TTL converter
  • with micronucleus Arduino bootloader over USB via an empty digispark (with Attiny85 removed)

but there's many other uses.

This is an improved version of my original design. The dupont pins attach more firmly to the adapter and are pushed more firmly against the DIP chip pins, while the adapter detaches more easily from the chip. Makes it much easier to have permanent adapters for different scenarios.

Designed to print lying on the side with a small layer height (0.12 mm). No(!) supports, no bridging.
