EDIT 2020-07-23: Pay attention to sharp corners, and not to cut you with them!
I made my own version of the impossible dovetail, rotation version.
The 2 magnets are optionnal and maintain the puzzle locked.
The model is fully adjustable directly on Onshape at the link below.
Here is the version I printed with a 0.2mm clearance between the dovetail. This provide a smooth slides and can be adjusted according to your 3d printing machine. I am using here Ø1/4inch x 1/4inch height magnets, but this is adjustable too on Onshape.
You can buy those kind of magnets directly from Ebay or Amazon.
