Implant fixture + guiding portion + Resin hole & path checker
This is the STL I use for Jaw in a day planning.
Implant fixture : 4 x 13mm cylindrical structure
Guiding portion: 5.2 x 10mm for Osstem Oneguide(TM) drills
Resin hole: 6 x 10? mm (long enough to reach maxillary teeth. Subtract this from the temporary teeth, then you get the hole for the temporary cylinders to be placed and enough space for the resin to flow in.
