The impeller in my Maytronics Dolphin Premier swimming pool robot was destroyed when the robot was accidentally run without a filter, and something hard was sucked in and broke off the impeller blades. Maytronics sent me a new impeller under warranty, but I thought I'd try to print one in case this ever happened again once the warranty has ended.
The photos show the printed version (yellow) next to the OEM part (black). I haven't tried this on my robot, so I don't know how long it would last in standard PLA. If I ever do try it, I'll most likely use something stronger like a high-impact PLA, PETG or Nylon.
This impeller was designed to be printed without support, but brim may be a good idea to stabilize it on your print bed.
