The rotors, which are equipped with a 608ZZ ball bearing, are attached to the body with spacers and an M8 threaded rod and nuts.Three rotor sizes can be mounted according to your wishes, color and combinations. There are two rear variants and four tail unit variants. Rotor diameter 250, 220 and 200mm, length about 350mm.

I recommend slotting the threaded rod at the back so that you can tighten the nut and hold the threaded rod against it. The 8 mm inner diameter of the vertical axis must be able to rotate easily on the 8 mm round rod. If necessary, adjust the vertical axis with a test print with “horizontal hole expansion” or edit it with an 8.2 mm drill. For easy pivoting in the vertical axis, stick the round rod tip with a drop of glue as shown in the example image. The 8 mm round rod must sit firmly in the vertical holder, the 16x8 vertical holder fits a 16 mm rod/pipe, the 05Zx8 vertical holder fits a 1/2" water pipe. Vertical_holder_mk3_M8.stl is for the original vertical bearing from rosch8. There are adhesive disks on the rotors and tailplane that are cut off after printing. Alternatively, glue the LeitwerkTIE to the Traeger with CA. The M3 screws for the rotor are screwed directly into the rotor. I recommend drilling the holes beforehand with a 2.5 mm drill.

2x bearing 608ZZ for rotor
1x stainless steel threaded rod M8x122 mm for rotor
3x stainless steel nut M8 for threaded rod
4x stainless steel cylinder head screw M3x12 for rotor blade
2x stainless steel cylinder head screw M4x16 for Koerper
2x stainless steel cylinder head screw M4x12 with nut for Heck
1x stainless steel cylinder screw M4x10 with nut for tail unit
1x stainless steel or brass rod 8x100 for vertical axis
1x stainless steel or brass or printed rod 8x15 with tip for vertical axis

Assembly:
Nut M8 on threaded rod secure with a drop CA or alternatively a self-locking nut, Distanz2, RotorL with bearing inserted, Distanz18, RotorR with bearing inserted and cover installed, Distanz35, nut M8, stick or glue Ring on KoerperV, Vertikalachse, KoerperH, insert nuts for Heck into KoerperH, nut M8 secure with a drop of CA or alternatively lock a second nut, screws for Koerper, mount the Spinner on RotorL

I printed all the wind turbines with PLA. I recommend brighter PLA up to 35°C air temperature. If it is warmer or if darker filament should be used, then use PETG or better ASA.
