The file 'Ikea Tjena Box Label&handle 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 19.1KB.
The last generation of Ikea home storage small boxes, unless you spend a fortune, the basic ones are proper basic. They don't even have a dedicated space for a label… think of years ago when they would actually have a small metal window to slide in the labels.
But that's why we got 3D printers, right? So here we are, a simple addition for your Tjena boxes.
It slots right in that sad square window, you can give it twist with the colours you fancy for better results.
There's a plain version, and one with the inset for standard small printable labels.
On mine, I just used my vinyl cutter and put the letters on the plain face.
The hole works as a handle, better than pulling on the cardboard alone!
This needs to be printed with supports for the slot in across the body, I use a fairly sparse support with 2.5mm pattern spacing, and 0.2mm top/bottom Z distance and the removal is very easy.
