Summary

I created this part after I realized that the mounting tehnique give by IKEA for this furniture is trash. They are pulled out as soon as you try to adjust the legs. My closet was new and I could not even finish the build because 3/4 legs broke. This part fixed the issue and made it more stable than ever. You will need to use 4 wood screws to fix the plastic part to the frame of the closet. Before that you will need to glue the M8 nut into the plastic component. I used bi-component adhesive for that. The part also has a guidance feature that will go into the whole of the closet. After you do all of the above, you could just screw in the leg and raise your closet in position.

The part is 10mm thick, and because the nut is on the lower side of it compared to it originally being on top, you lose 10mm of the translation of the leg, but that is not a big thing because as of now, the leg fully screwed in is below the closet wood frame.

I used Though PLA from Ultimaker , printed the parts 50% infill, they are unbreakable.

The reason why the diameter is so big is because when the failure is happening, the IKEA nut is ripping the wood apart(see picture), so in order to not have the screws getting fixed into that , I enlarged the diameter of the part more to have the screws more to the outside.
