Our IKEA Norden table (which is a fabulous table) lost one of the insets that are used for locking it in its extended position. I measured the hole and did a simple version in OpenScad. It fit quite snugly at my second try, so even though I was planning to add screw holes, I decided not to, since the forces on it are sideways.
Instead of the crossbar in the original design, I made a rounded plate at 45 degrees angle, to make it sturdier and easier to print.
